Joe Winters is a drummer and educator from St.Louis, Missouri. He has been teaching drum set and percussion for 8 years and performed at the finest venues in the region: The Muny, The Peabody Opera House, The Touhill and Jazz at the Bistro. He plays with several groups such as Circus Harmony, DRUMSL, The Transmatter Express , Zoo/Forest Initiative, Start Dog Theater and the Tara Lynn Trio.
